Jonathan Williams   John/Johnny Human 18 Power Ranger Student/Boxer Green Ranger Abilities Athleticism is a natural ability John has possessed since he was a child. He's spent years honing his strength, endurance, and agility to become the best athlete he can possibly be. Like the other Rangers, the discovery of the power coin has boosted these abilities to a level far beyond that of a normal human. John now has the ability to run faster, jump higher, and hit harder than he had ever imagined before, John is an amateur boxer who ranks 3rd in the district. Personality The number of times he has been told that he "comes across as a bit of an asshole" due to his sarcasm is staggering. John however never lets it gets to him, because other people's opinions of him mean very little in the long run. He is outspoken and can be a little narrow minded at times. He's unpredictable, impulsive, and oftentimes says the wrong thing at the wrong time. But he means well...mostly. To those who truly know him, he has a softness about him that he considers to be his most annoying feature. He cries when an animal gets hurt in a movie, even thought he knows it's in fictional circumstances; but if anyone mentions this he will deny it vehemently. Always pushing himself, he despises laziness in others as well as himself. If he comes across anyone who's had the world handed to them on a silver platter, chances are he won't like them very much. It's difficult for him to get past his initial impression of people, as he's horrifically stubborn; but if people are persistent enough, they may eventually change his mind about some things (and he is capable of admitting when he is wrong, thankfully). "May" being the operative word. He hates sitting still and can usually be found working out in the gym during his free time, which caused his overall GPA to go down since he has been known to skip class. Yet since he planned on joining the workforce after school he does not really care (Remember he's narrow minded) ✔-Boxing ✔-Playing Music ✔-like ✔-like ✔-like ✔-like ✖-dislike ✖-dislike ✖-dislike ✖-dislike ✖-dislike ✖-dislike History John’s early life had never been one for the papers, nor had he ever suffered any horrific childhood trauma; for that he was thankful. He was fairly average as a child growing up in Angel Grove, only excelling in sports and he rarely talked back to his elders. The moment he hit junior high, however, he finally gained a sense of self and only then made his first real lasting friendships. He attempted to go out with his friends to "get into trouble" but thankfully he never left any footprints in his wake, choosing anonymity to infamy. He would not bale on his friends or anything but he had enough common since to haul ass if things got to out of control. John lived a pretty good life during those early years. It was around his 14th birthday that his parents separated and divorced, causing him to live with his mom and move to LA. John was rather bitter from this experience and wanted nothing more then to return home to Angel Grove where he spent most of his young life. The divorce cooped with having to leave the only home he ever known changed the youth and not for the better. It was around his Junior year at his new school that John was expelled for being a genuine nuisances. In three short years he gone from being a well minded kid to a melancholy teen who stopped caring about school. Seeing there was no other choice his mother agreed to send the youth to live with his father back in Angel Grove. OOC |
